Tiffany engagement rings come in a standard size - Size 6. This size can be altered. I am not sure of the upper limit but the lower limit is 4.5 if I did not recall wrongly. Astro Girl altered her ring to Size 4.75.
hi is this 1 carat diamond?? I dont have a Cartier store near so i cant try it on.

This is a 0.47 carat diamond. And it's from Tiffany, not Cartier.
